- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling Products .
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped
- Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
