Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Achieve their goals.

2. Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.

3. Recruitment and development of grade advisors.

4. Showing them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.

5. Accountable for income generation and achievement of business marks.

6. Doing an analysis of the need of the customer and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction leads to customer delight.

7. Profitability of the team.

Candidate Requirement :

1. Graduation in Any Stream.

2. Minimum 1 to 2 Years in sales and Marketing.

3. Attractive Personality and good communication skills.

4. One who ready for challenges.

Age : 24 to 38 Yrs.

- Candidate must be local of same city.
