Job Description :
- Drive end to end implementation of Key sales efficiency parameters & initiatives in co-ordination with cross functional teams
- Deriving actionable insights from data for efficient decision making
- Driving channel initiatives for frontline team along with performance tracking & RNR
- Supporting in end -to -end execution of launched programs focused towards increasing employee productivity
- Conducting periodic review meetings Field & Branch Ops Team for tracking the progress & challenges faced
- Be a SPOC for any and all queries related to BCSS vertical arising from Filed or other internal stake holders
- Creating power dashboards & visualizations for executive leadership for monthly reviews and rhythm meetings
- Working on ad-hoc deliverables on requirement basis
