Job Roll of Area Sales Officer :

- Generate new customer leads through various channels

- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities

- Selling life insurance on phone and if possible visit for area sales near by

- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement

- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service

- Interested leads will be provided by the company, generate interest and complete an online application (proposal form) along with the customer & help customer with online payment completion.

- Leads will be from interested customers.

- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and submit to Bhopal head-office

- Understand customer needs and requirements of online customers, who are looking to purchase a new online life insurance product nearby or wish to understand more/have queries to be resolved.

Qualifications of Insurance Sales job :

- Candidate should have pleasant personality

- Good presentation, convincing and Selling skills.

- Local area knowledge

- Excellent conversational and customer service skills

- Candidates should be Comfortable for sales profile and manage team work with sales team for better performance.

- Hard working, with decent IQ level.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have Graduate

- 6 months - 2 years of experience in any Sales, Marketing or Customer Relations.
