We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Intern. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, it's your job to find the cream of the crop, you will be a huge asset to continuing our Company's growth path. In this role, you will work directly with our Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Business leaders to help us scale with precision. This is a full cycle recruiting role, meaning managing your entire pipeline from sourcing to procedural steps to driving feedback all the way towards offer acceptance & onboarding the candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Screening, Sourcing profiles, and interviewing them.
- Conducting the interview Process, Salary Negotiation, taking approvals, preparing offer letters, doing reference checks, initiating background verification process, and doing pre-engagement until the candidate joins the organization.
- Working with the Admin and HR team to arrange logistics and conduct the joining process.
- Make sure that the candidate gets a WOW recruitment experience with Techolution.
Requirements:
- Should have experience in IT Recruitment.
- Should possess strong end-end recruitment experience.
- Should have work experience in job postings on various social platforms and running online campaigns.
- Experience in preparing job descriptions.
- Strong experience in hiring for technology-based roles.
- Communicate our unique employee value proposition.
- Fulfilling order board requirements as per assigned targets.
- Partner with Best Practices & Innovation (BP& I) to implement new and innovative methods for brand awareness.
- Handling communication within the team and aiding in preparing schedules for recruitment activities and their execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
- A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
- Should possess a strong desire to learn new things.
- Should have a strong desire to build a career in Talent Acquisition.
