• Strong Sourcing techniques
• Should have good Oral and written communication skills
• Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions
• Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster
• Strong Working experience on LinkedIn
• Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Insta hyre ,Stack overflow, or any relevant sourcing media to identify high-quality engineering talent
• Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc.
• Able to understand Tech Skills Sets in Niche & Super Niche
• Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area
• Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong team player and pro-active.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
