Job Description

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for owning the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision
• Product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, (Roadmap Planning, Release Planning and Sprint Planning)
• Gather/prioritize product and customer requirements
• Working closely with engineering, product, and sales
• Responsible to write good User Stories using INVEST techniques
• Prioritizing the user stories for sprints
• Driving product backlog refinement sessions and grooming user stories in well-structured format along with tech team
• Responsible in driving sprint review sessions
• Estimate product backlog with the team using Agile estimation techniques
• Create wireframe prototypes and document them
• Collaborate with other Peers to define best practices and improve project delivery efficiencies
• Document all the system requirements in Jira and Confluence
• Develop and monitor data-driven analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience as a Product Business Analyst
• Engineering background is an advantage
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
• Certifications in Product Management and Business Analyst domains are preferable
