Job Description

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Certification Mandatory)
• Experience in Talent Management modules Performance and Goal Management required
• Experience in RCM & ONB module
• Experience with implementations and at least one support project.
• Support and enhance SuccessFactors components spanning EC, PMGM, and RCM functions to meet client needs.
• Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architecture.
• Experience in new custom production extensions and analyzing existing extension
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to work independently
