Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals.
2. Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure their success in meeting targets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
4. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
5. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to upper management.

7. Provide training and support to sales team members.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
1. Any Graduate.
2. Proven sales management experience, with at least 6Months - 2 years in a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
6. Familiarity with sales software and tools.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
