Position: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and identify potential clients in the B2B market who could benefit from outsourcing services. Use various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms to generate leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Assess whether our outsourcing solutions align with their requirements and qualify them as potential opportunities.
- Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our outsourcing services. Tailor your pitches to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Stay connected with clients throughout the sales process, addressing their concerns, providing relevant information, and nurturing their interest in our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop competitive pricing strategies and contractual agreements. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and achieve sales targets.
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor your performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Achieve the Gross Margin target set for Key Accounts
- Identify new opportunities to sell services to the client to fulfil or exceed revenue objectives
- Develop & maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client's business areas, deliverables, and needs
- Implement and deliver the service and commercial strategy for each client
- Act as a reference and escalation point for customers & consultants
- Aim to exceed agreed individual & team targets, objectives, and Service Level Agreements
- Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation, and market conditions
Qualifications/ Skills And Competencies :
- Minimum 8 years of Sales and Account Management experience
- Knowledge of outsourcing services and an understanding of the benefits they provide to businesses.
- Have demonstrated 100% target achievement in previous organizations
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the outsourcing industry or related fields
- Ability to network within a customer organization to identify key influencers and decision makers for account expansion & revenue generationFound this job inappropriate? Report to us
