Marketing Lead

Role Name- VA Marketing Lead (Estimate 15 or 20 per week)

Seeking a VA Marketing Lead to assist us in our goal to provide investors with opportunities to invest passively in real estate assets. This is your chance to play a key role in the future success of our fast-growing organization!

**WHO WE WANT: **

The role of our VA Marketing Lead is to manage the overall marketing and communications functions within the organization. This person executes and enforces the company's branding strategy and is responsible for our communication across several mediums. This is a broad based position that will handle all aspects of marketing, brand integration, strategy, and events. We're looking for someone with a wide variety of skills and interest in the creative, production, advertising, social media, and reporting aspects of marketing.

• Implement marketing activities, campaigns, and digital presence.
• Create and distribute consistent marketing collateral highlighting industry leading capabilities in Real Estate Investing.
• Support production and post production of podcast, digital marketing/social media, and targeted digital campaigns.
• Improve marketing processes and approaches, and track and report on results.
• Organize and book investment webinars, marketing activities, podcasts, and events.
• Maintain a database of investment prospects and projects.

Expectations of daily reports: You'll be working with a cohesive team that you report to multiple times per week

Pay: $3-$6/hour

Hardware and software needed: Just a working computer and a good internet connection

Estimation of hours: 10-20 hours per week. Can increase over time.
