Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and own the process of RSI - Recruitment, Selection and Induction for Synaptic in India

- Proactively identify and address hiring needs by forging strong and proactive partnership with the relevant stakeholders

- Own all recruitment and selection metrics such as TAT, Source-mix, Quality and Cost per hire etc.

- Maintain talent pipeline with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs

- Produce regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plans

- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures

- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience

- Lead and develop a team of recruiters to enhance their performance and growth in the organization

- Define and lead projects for continuous improvement in the area of Talent Acquisition

Requirements:

- A graduate/post-graduate degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or business management

- 5-8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a technical recruitment role with exposure to Non-tech requirements

- Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition process

- Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven

- Certification in talent assessment tools and instruments is an added advantage

Experience:

- 5-8 years of progressive experience in a similar fast-paced company

- At least 2 years of leadership experience in managing a diverse team

- Exposure in managing technical and non-technical hiring across different levels in the organization
