Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-time Sales Account Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and service.
• Make 100 calls every day.
• Answer questions about products and services or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Handle objections and rejections in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Sales Account Specialist.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Must have worked in the US time zones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
