Job Title : Sales Manager (Digital Media)

Job Summary : Swaryantra Technologies, a HR Tech SAAS company providing solutions for hiring, is seeking a Sales Manager (Digital Media) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our digital media services. This position is open to both interns and candidates with 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients

- Identify market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns to promote our digital media services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our digital media services to potential clients

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

Requirements:
