Who you are:
Minimum of 3 years combined experience in Customer Service and Technical Support that involves working with complex and nuanced products.
4-year college degree or equivalent business experience
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge or background in web development and content creation.
Familiar with the use of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or similar.
Demonstrates ability to present solutions to clients, manage client expectations, and implement and deliver solutions.
What you will do:
Help customers integrate clients with their websites and other technologies.
Leverage learned knowledge to provide technical analysis, assess needs, uncover errors (user error or platform bugs) and provide solutions.
Troubleshooting customer’s DNS and web server configuration issues.
Work with clients'’ New Business team to help answer prospective customers’ technical questions.
Identify opportunities for client training and development.
Become an expert on clients and the technologies that our customers use with it.
You will need to stay up to date on new features and trends.
Work closely with the client engineering team to identify and document issues that need to be addressed at a product level.
Perform other operational and administrative support as required by the business
