Job Description

• Understand customer's issues, inform them of how to resolve them (if possible),
• Categorize the issue and report or escalate back to the Client (if an immediate resolution is not possible)
• Resolve report issues quickly to ensure we are delivering high-quality reports within turnaround time deadlines
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal and external parties

• Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree; undergraduates are welcome to apply Minimum of 1-year related experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools; Ticketing system familiarity
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
