Job Description
About the Role
Remote desktop support (Screenshare) Setting up and troubleshooting a label printer Customer Support in General (email, phone, chat)
Configuration and Installation Applications (browsers, program printer driver installation/removal) for hardware and software conversing with customers on installation and problem resolution Hardware/software diagnostics
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Knows how to troubleshoot using phone, email & chat
At least one year of Technical Support call-center experience or equivalent education
