• Responsible for translating images of rooms/floor plans from various formats to a digitized version for use in an intuitive app focused on Room Seating and Reservations
• Reliable online presence for work at home scenario
• Communicates effectively via spoken and written English
• Respond readily to any client and team communication 
• Efficiently adapt to client product training
• Employs all provided tools to effectively complete a task
• Understand and utilize the latest Team Task Tracker
• Help assign floorplan design tasks
• Effectively communicate to stakeholders to verify tasks
• Consistently catches up on any client and team updates
• Commit to all coaching sessions and provide specific action plans
• Responsible attendance management 
• Fulfill all client and internal daily requirements
• Participate in weekly stand-up meetings 

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience with an updated portfolio of industrial, architectural, or graphic design work
• Familiar with both Apple and Windows operating system
• Ability to follow workflow-based tasks daily
• Capable of prioritizing based on the urgency of each request
• Ensures that SLAs agreed upon per client/task are met
• Ability to work in a task-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness and drive to meet client requirements
