SupportNinja is one of the 100 fastest-growing private companies in the US, one of the fastest-growing companies to come out of Austin, a recipient of the Austin A-List Awards, and has been listed as a Best Place to Work.Join us in our quarterly retreats, our welcoming office spaces, and see why we double in size year after year!What you will do:· Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential within the company operations · Maintains fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems · Identifies system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities · Performs risk assessment for each account and creates risk acceptance documents · Determines existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns · Recommends standards, policies, and/or procedures to correct deficiencies · Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented · Responsible for resolving fraud cases · Regularly generates suspicious activity reports and risk management reports. · Document changes in process flow within BPO Operations. · Ensure alignment of security standards with BPO Operations. Who you are:· Graduate of bachelor’s degree· 2 years of experience as Fraud Analyst or alike· Experience in Fraud or Compliance· Knowledge of Linux, MacOS, and Windows Operating Systems· Strong analytical skill needed for the job· Willing to work in shifting schedules Good to have:· Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)· With BPO work experienceDisclaimer:The duties and responsibilities listed above describe the post as it is in general terms and are not definitive.
