• Sourcing drivers for instant delivery route needs
• Deliver outstanding service to our drivers via phone, text, and email, offering
• explanations and guidance to help them understand the solutions to their problems
• Respond to drivers needs and questions regarding schedule, orders, paperwork etc.
• and direct them to the correct department if needed
• Publishing open routes for all regions
• Sending mass texts/marketing to existing & new drivers
• Use marketing tactics to implement new campaigns and analyzing campaign data
• Resolve routing and payroll issues as they arise
