Job Description

• Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment
• Review dentistry notes and categorize items based on different criteria
• Communicates with the clients thru email, chat, and voice channels
• Closely follow process workflows and support in the implementation of initiatives, projects as directed by leadership
• Collaborates closely with team members regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities.
• Enrich data through research and generate reports and analytics as needed
• Consistently perform with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide continuous improvement initiatives to make process workflows more efficient

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Driven/Process oriented operations and Customer Service.
• Background in dentistry or experience working in a dental lab or dental clinic. 
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills as they will be interacting with clients, labs, and vendors.
• Ability to learn and master new customer systems and follow SOPs but can use judgment when required.
• Has a team player mindset with innovative ideas and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a team setting but can work independently.
• Familiar with communication applications like Slack, Ex, Google Chat, and Microsoft Teams
