Also responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health and wellness.What you will do:· Assures compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations· Assesses the working environment and identifies any potential and present hazards. - OSH · Plans interventions to reduce the risk of any work-related injuries that may arise· Evaluates and provides pharmacological treatment or first aid to all illnesses and injuries being experienced by the employees with the use of standard and ethical nursing· Monitors stock inventories and requests purchase of medicine and medical equipment when necessary· Evaluates and verifies medical certificates provided by employees who experienced medical need· Suggests ergonomic improvement after assessing needs present· Keeps abreast of the updates on healthcare services and occupational nursing best practices· Reviews Pre-Employment Medical Examination results after being done by the applicant in accomplishing the company’s recruitment process· Safe keeps employees’ medical records and develops programs related to occupational health services· Collaborates with external resources for program development, such as healthcare providers, medical advisors, regulatory agencies, etc.· Develops different strategies to educate and train the employees on health-related topics.· Organizes or conducts programs/projects that will raise awareness of having a work-life balance and a healthy lifestyle· Ensures privacy and confidentiality to employee information, both personal and medical· Prepares reports related to Safety and Health, stock purchase, medical-related incidents, etc.· Assists employees with HMO-related concerns (can address inquiries 24/7 of agents who work on different shifts); releases HMO cards as directed by Human Resource ManagerWho you are:· A graduate of BS Nursing· Must be registered nurse (with valid PRC license)· Excellent emergency response knowledge and skills· BOSH Safety Officer (Level 2) or BOSH OHNAP certified· At least 2 years related experience as a nurse (Any Industry)· At least 1-year experience in an occupational setting· Has knowledge of MS or Google Office· Average to Above Average communication skills, both written and verbal Good to have:· Preferably with updated certification on BLS, which include CPR, first aid and AED.Disclaimer:The duties and responsibilities listed above describe the post as it is in general terms and are not definitive.
