Join us!We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & CRM Lead to join our growing marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the growth strategy and execution for Superpedestrian across our North American and European markets. The ideal candidate will have experience driving the performance marketing and CRM strategies in a brand-led consumer facing company and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and ever changing environment. You will work cross functionally to promote the global marketing plan as well as local initiatives to our riders, generate return on investment and build our brand digitally and in real life. Furthermore, you will be working in Braze (CRM platform) to manage our customer lifecycle journeys so that we can build rider loyalty and revenue. This position is for someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen, is analytical yet entrepreneurial, with a focus on enabling business and maximizing ROI.Superpedestrian actively encourages applicants of all backgrounds.
