Job Description
- Recruitment experience is a must. Candidates who have worked with recruitment consultancies on target based recruitment is a must.
- Screen, interview and recruit potential employees through teleconferences, skype and face to face interviews. Fullfill company’s manpower and staffing requirements
- Check references, qualifications and testimonials prior to the employment
- Arrange to issue offer letters, appointment letters, answer all correspondence and issue regret letters Induction and Orientation of new employees
- Conduct exit interviews of employees on resignation from the company
- Act as central coordinator for employee training activities such as lectures, classes, seminars, training, conferences etc. Schedule and coordinate in-house training program for all employees if required.
- Evaluate the training programs for employees and implement new training solutions that meet the needs of business and people
- Ensure that employees are aware of HR policies and employee benefit program on a continuing basis
- Ensure that new employees receive proper orientation. Work with management for monitoring and continually upgrading on the job training needs
- Organising various employee welfare events like celebrating various theme, Festival days, Picnics, Birthday celebrations, Extra-curricular activities etc.

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
