Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Managing and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinating and conducting onboarding processes for new hires.
• Conducting employee orientation and training sessions.
• Handling HR-related correspondence and inquiries.

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resource
• Proven experience of 2-3 years in HR roles, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
• Strong Hold in Using Recruitment platforms
• Strong Communication Skills
• Should have a Process Oriented Approach
• Ability to Close the Position within the prescribed Timelines
• Strong ability to source Good quality Candidates.
