Full Job Description
Provide technical services and support for the following areas
Network :- WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Server & applications :- Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint , Active directory ,
Virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft
Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
Performing Backup ,archiving and Disaster Recovery.
Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review
Communication with end user as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
Work Closely With Colleagues to meet team goals and improvement processes .
