Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager for a B2B marketing intelligence tech company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and launch of marketing automation products and services that serve our business-to-business (B2B) customers. You will heavily influence cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that our products are user-friendly, efficient, and meet the needs of our customers
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyse customer needs and trends to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing products
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap and prioritise product features based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to ensure that products are developed to meet customer needs and requirements
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure that customers are satisfied with the product and that customer feedback is incorporated into product development
- Analyze product performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimise the product portfolio
- Develop pricing strategies and work with sales teams to ensure that pricing is aligned with customer value and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure that our products remain competitive in the marketplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- At least 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B marketing automation or software as a service (SaaS) company
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and B2B marketing concepts and technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with engineering and design teams to develop software products
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in English
- MarTech industry or AdTech experience
- Hands-on experience working with data in a data engineer, ML engineer, data scientist, or data analyst role
- Technical knowledge of modern cloud data stacks
