JOB DESCRIPTION
Inventory management, shipping logistics, and client engagement; are the key functions of our client’s account manager role. Using cutting-edge technology, a nimble approach, and a nothing-is-sacred attitude this role will contribute to creating a truly unique experience that supports clients in the fulfillment of their Amazon sales. The ideal candidate is someone that enjoys multi-tasking, problem-solving, and cultivating infrastructure to ensure real-time product availability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory management: planning and monitoring to ensure satisfaction with in-stock rates
Managing shipment creation and logistic scheduling process for FBA shipments
Creating weekly replenishment recommendations to send to clients for approval
Sales projections on monthly/quarterly cadence
Project managing product launches in coordination with Marketing & Ops teams
Maintaining promotional calendars that match client goals with marketing capabilities
Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with all clients
Creation of weekly/monthly client reporting
Periodic listing audits to ensure the content matches current Amazon best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, or similar
Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience with e-commerce operations
Ensure inventory management processes are accurate, leading to profitable results
Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
Product and inventory management certification a plus
An appreciation for data and an ability to manipulate data in Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and critical thinking skills
