JOB DESCRIPTION

SPLIT DRAGON, is seeking an experienced senior content writer with creative writing skills. This role is responsible for writing content for various platforms. The Senior Writer Content is expected to help us drive more value through online content, having understood our target audience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead brainstorming, developing, and publishing of product detail page content in Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase product detail page traffic

Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns

Write compelling product copies that communicate the tone of the brand and category- eventually leading to a higher conversion rate by providing customers enough information to buy the product

Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness

Inspires self and others to produce exceptional work

Strong analytical skills

Delivers presentations to senior creative and/or account personnel, as well as clients

Perform other work-related duties as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or related field

Experience writing both marketing and product-oriented content

Prior work experience as a Content Creator and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media

1-2 years of experience in product content writing for Lazada or Shopee is highly desirable

Ability to conduct extensive research

Excellent written, grammar, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as part of a team

Strong ethical leadership abilities

Organized and good time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail

Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development

Fluent in English

Speaking and writing in any of the following is a plus but not required: Bahasa, Vietnamese, Thai
