Key Responsibilities Include :
- Work on sales leads to take inbound and outbound calls to consult customers on pre-owned cars
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitableoptions for them
- Schedule customer visits at retail hubs for the hub teams to take it further
- Be a customer champion by ensuring superb experience with Spinny.
- Sales Consultants are expected to be go-getters who are agile and high on energy
- Good verbal communication skills - English, Hindi, and regional language (will be an added advantage)
- Must have good analytical skills
- Should be persistent, smart, and quick to respond to customers
- Must be willing to learn about automobile
