SDP (Strategic Deployment Plan)
- Must assist in coordination and deployment of Strategy Deployment Process (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen Optimiser
- Roll-out of Kaizen Optimizer across verticals
- Conducting regular vertical wise reviews with the Vertical heads, SPOCs, action owners etc. on the action plans and provide necessary support
- Ensuring the status of action plans are updated periodically in the Kaizen Optimizer
Critical Project Tracking and Impact assessment
- Tracking the projects undergoing POC in FY22
- Assessing the impact of POC delay on further milestones of the project
- Critical delays to be flagged for high priority projects and alerting the Project Managers to work on the mitigation plans
Lean Daily Management (LDM)
- Design, implement, simplify and digitise Lean daily management for different verticals.
- Establishing baseline and target metrics for key processes.
- Ensuring the development teams are performing LDM regularly, Virtual LDM dashboards are implemented and the LDM principles are followed without any deviations
- Conducting the monthly LDM Gemba Walks , Process confirmation with Vertical Heads and Delivery Managers
Training, Coaching & Knowledge Management
Will coordinate, and conduct as applicable, training in key Operational Excellence areas.
- Conducting Knowledge Sharing talks by internal and external subject matter experts
- Extending support for Scorecard Preparation
- Coordinating with CFT and gathering the data for Scorecard updation time to time.
