The Job : 

Key responsibilities areas:

- Should have sales experience in the Visa and Immigration industry.

- Counsel clients on different immigration programs

- Provide immigration counseling to our clients for who are looking for Canada, Germany, Australia etc.

- Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails

- Handle Customer queries in a timely manner.

- Perform sales pitch to interest prospects and close them on the spot.

- Meet the assigned targets

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Support or Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.

- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong team player

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
