You will be responsible for :
- Onboarding Indian Clients on Alibaba Portal Over the phone & Meeting.
- Building and maintaining client relations.
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Service teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.
- The position demands an entrepreneurial-minded individual with high energy and a strong motivation to sell and upsell.
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Ensuring clients are using and deriving benefit from Alibaba.
Skills Required :
- You have at least 2 year experience within a Inside Sales, Customer Service or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
