You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Managing productive and professional relationships with the clients.
- Alibaba GGS customer account diagnosis.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the customer base.
- Client retention and revenue targets from the assigned pool of clients.
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- Strong data analysis and MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills.
