We are hiring for a company which provides services like marketing and sales for B2B tech & finance - through strategy, execution, and automation.
The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and work with the internal team to make sure their expectations are met
- External and internal stakeholder management / communication value
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate deliverables records, keeping track of any invoicing, contract updates and renewals
- Do all of this - while staying within budget!
- Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content.
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Love for marketing, writing, and good design
- Prior experience as an account manager or client servicing executive mandatory
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
