Key Responsibilities :
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
Lead Generation : Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media, to create a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Acquisition : Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients. Present our products/services effectively to prospective clients and convert leads into sales
Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.
Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and close deals effectively. Ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software. Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
