Our Content Strategy Lead will create case studies, blog posts, produce e-books and guides along with scripting videos and testimonials. You’ll apply your creativity and proven business writing skills to tie the technical and business aspects of our products to create a unique brand. Support the development and creation of digital content which builds the brand and enhances customer experience, across all touchpoints. We need a writer who can translate technical information into simple, customer-friendly language. You’ll help shape our tone and be the voice for our solutions and our clients.
Create, manage and optimize online copy for our digital channels and email communications, including both websites and offline collaterals.
Conceptualizing and crafting all short form and long form content such as blogs, press releases, articles, ebooks, white papers, webinars, video scripts, marketing website copy, company responses on social media etc.
Strategize and create webinar campaigns including calendars, webinar landing pages, webinar series pages, webinar workflows, and webinar email invite communications.
Produce SEO friendly content and optimize the content with regards to SEO best practices.
Review and enhance existing website content for accuracy, client experience and tone of voice.
Work in tandem with the larger roadmap and company goals to produce and deliver on-time and on-demand content
Ongoing maintenance of internal and external communication throughout the products lifecycle.
Working with business owners and product teams to draft product one pagers, which will serve as the basis for all marketing collateral for that product.
Create copy for all internal communication, working in tandem with the HR team
Own all content and copy for marketing collateral across media channels.
Develop, manage, and review content suites for new releases in the form of internal blogs, supporting videos, internal knowledge management system, product documents etc.
Liaise with key stakeholders – from brief through to completion.
Ultimately act as the custodian for all digital customer content.
Measure and track analytics and recommend changes to increase engagement and ROI.
Research and keep up to date on new digital content strategies and preparing lead generation scopes.
Tertiary communications or marketing related qualifications with content/copy writing, experience in healthcare IT or IT consulting
Demonstrable experience creating technical online and offline content and communications in an in-house writer or communications role, ideally from a healthcare IT business. This is not an editorial style copywriter position.
5 yrs experience minimum in healthcare tech space (preferably) or tech space
Experience writing for US audience will be advantageous
Ability to scope a project and set a realistic timeframe and have experience of delivering projects from start to finish.
Due to the cross-functional nature of this role you will need to be self-sufficient, an outstanding team collaborator, with the ability to self-manage your own projects and workflow to meet deadlines.
Exceptional organization and time management skills with an innate ability to self-motivate to get through large volumes of work.
