Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Prepare financial statements, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Conduct audits, both internal and external
- Prepare and analyze budgets
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
- Manage financial risk and provide advice on financial matters, such as investments, financing, and tax planning
- Analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans.
- Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.
- Provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities
- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)
Requirements & Skills
- Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience working with financial reporting software and other financial tools
- You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
- You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills.
- You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
Salary range :- 15-25 Lacs
