Job Description
This position is focused onhelping customers utilize Calibre technology earlier in the design flow. It is part of the Calibre Shift-Left initiativethat helps leading-edge designers improve the robustness of their designs andshorten their time to market. For thisposition, one will use Calibre technology to make layoutchanges that improve the design. The focus for this position is to use modelsthat work in the P&R environment. Knowledge of the P&R design flow will be a key part of success as weuse Calibre technology to improve the design flow. This role reports to the Caliber organization's Director of Product Management for DFM solutions.
The responsibilities of the role include the following:
- Work with leading-edge customers with their latest technology to improve their design flow.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers to develop new use models that solve real problems.
- Use your experience with P&R tools to understand where value can be added.
- Be the voice of the customer to our engineering team as they develop products.
- Develop and deliver product presentations to both the sales teams and customers.
- Partner with analysis tools, both internal and external to Siemens, to deliver value.
- Present our Calibre solutions at conferences and other marketing events.
- Provide leadership to fellow product engineers on your core strengths.
- Work with minimal supervision and the ability to use your judgment and discretion.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with P&R tools, design flows, and related simulation.
- Strong team player with the ability to learn and explore new technologies.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel

Preferred Requirements: - Master's degree in a related field

The salary rangefor this position is $95,800 to $172,400, and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation. The compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education/training.
