This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Head of Transformation Operations and Project Management, you will be responsible for:
- Reportingto the global Head of Strategy & Transformation for Diagnostics, as part ofthe global Transformation Management Office, you will play a key role in planningand executing the global transformation of the Healthineers Diagnosticsbusiness with over 15.000 employees
- Actingas program manager and overall operations team lead, you will scope, plan, andensure successful execution of transformation initiatives across all functionsof Diagnostics
- Youwill hire and lead a team of transformation project managers to plan and drivethe day-to-day implementation of individual transformation initiatives
- Youwill orchestrate TMO operations, define the global transformation project planand manage its execution together with the global Head of Strategy &Transformation for Diagnostics
- Youwill interface with senior leadership within Diagnostics to understand and helpshape transformation workstream planning and execution

- Youhave experience in defining and implementing cross-functional, large scalestrategic projects in global businesses as responsible project and/or programmanager, ideally related to transformation
- Youare result oriented, you have grit, and you know how to overcome challenges tobring projects to successful conclusion
- Youthrive in a technology-focused, analytical culture and you have a strongaffinity for the biomedical and/or medical device space
- Youhave experience in hiring and managing a team of result-oriented projectmanagers
- Youare pragmatic and you can resolve challenges in complex organizations
- Youknow how to effectively communicate with a broad array of stakeholders
- Youhave strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint and can efficientlyuse these tools to analyze and communicate business situations andopportunities
Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role- Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience in a technical field, business, or finance, MBAor other advanced science / engineering degree strongly preferred and a minimumof 5 years' experience in the IVD (preferred), medical device, or life sciencefields
- Aminimum of 5 years' experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
- Atleast 3 years of project leadership and team leadership experience
- Youmust have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability tocreate high impact communication materials
- Youmust have the capability to simultaneously lead and manage multiple highcomplexity projects.
- Willingto travel up to 25%.
The pay range for thisposition in
NYC or
Westchester County, NY is $190,320 - $261,690 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. The annual incentive target is (25%) of base pay.
