Job Description
We are seeking a highly talented and strategic individual to join our team as a Business Manager. In this role, you will lead a small team to develop and grow the Low Voltage Motors and Geared Motor (LVM & GM) segment, with a strong focus on driving business growth and establishing Siemens as the preferred supplier for targeted customers.

As a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology, you will:
- Be the lead for the LVM & GM segment, focusing on Sales and Business Development.
- Be responsible for Partners and UK OEMs across all vertical markets.
- Develop and drive the overall growth strategy for LVM & GM.
- Identify new business opportunities, influencing both internal & external customers and partners, Siemens becomes the preferred supplier for targeted customers and projects.
- Establish and develop relationships with key partners, distributors, and project customers.
- Lead and develop the LVM & GM team including Product Management and Internal Sales (Quotation Centre).
- Identify and understand the strategic direction of markets and customers to profitably increase market share
- Promote the brand, running seminars, exhibitions etc
- Ensure timely application, product and quotation support for projects and solution accounts.
- Establish Service Support for LVM & GM.
To be successful in this role, you should have: - A good understanding of sales and commercial issues, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. and be comfortable presenting to customers across different functions, in different environments and at different levels
- Experience in the Low Voltage Motors and/or Geared Motors business, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Have experience working directly with partners, end users, OEMs, key stakeholders.
- Be able to spot market trends and capitalise on business opportunities.
