What's The Role

Deliver Corporate Relations activities in STCB, specifically communicating with our internal audience with an intent to build awareness of our strategy and goals while furthering the leadership ambitions of the centre and country. This role will include:

• Planning, streamlining and standardising communications across Shell India and STCB
• Creation of effective communications for the audience within the country and STCB
• Coordination and moderation of internal communication flows between internal networks, planned activities, leadership requirements etc.
• Planning and execution events for STCB and Shell India with supporting promotional content
• Supporting Leadership Teams (Shell India and STCB) in engaging with the audience via Town halls and similar sessions.
• Supporting and collaborating with the Corporate Relations Team in India with engagement activities

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Good business partnering skills and ability to serve as trusted advisor
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a must
• Knowledge of software used to build communication elements such as Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to create/edit videos and design content will be an advantage

• Maximize performance – Integrate and collaborate across boundaries to maximize commercial value for Shell as a whole
