Job Description

Android lead developers have several responsibilities, from creating complex features, shipping top-notch quality work, and helping out other devs in the team. As Android lead you will spearhead our new ad features and at the same time keep high standards for code quality, app stability and decrease tech debt iteratively.

Responsibilities:

• Have a meaningful impact on the project and conceptualize them from beginning to end
• Ensure the features are shipped in the best possible quality using monitoring and profiling tools
• Coordinate and work with product managers, team leads, and design team to review the product requirements and engineer them
• Work in sprints and accurately estimate the efforts required for various projects
• Mentor and guide SDE-1s and 2's in the team

Requirements:

• You have at least 5+ years of experience building Android applications
• One or more Android apps published on the play store (Any open-source contribution is a big plus)
• Familiarity with app profiling tools
• Experience in architecting and writing clean reusable code
• Familiarity with Kotlin, coroutines, compose, and room db
• Ability to write and debug through code quickly
