JVPD India Diagnostics Pvt Ltd is looking for seasoned sales professionals for their medical devices segment.
1. To formulate strategic plans to expand network across the assigned region/ territory in line with Company strategy.
2. Need to have a good understanding of the market and the catchment area for future partners.
3. Identification of right channel partner by analysing their ability on investment and business growth.
4. To co-ordinate and follow up with leads directly and closely work with channel partner team for further operations
5. To achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
6. To collaboratively work with internal team on identifying location and business viability.
7. To streamline and formulate standard legal agreement for new channel partner with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate organizational risk exposure in collaboration with Business Head.
- Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager or Similar sales role.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI's & KPI's)
- Ability to lead and motivate the sales team
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong teamwork and proactive approach.
