Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, workflows, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new systems, processes, and programs.
• Assist in the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather feedback and requirements.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks and issues, and develop solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure quality control of deliverables.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
