While we touch 70% of the world’s transactions, our customer would like to leverage the data and take business decision. SAP provides technology support and platform the do the same.

We at SAP Customer Success Services team- BTP [email protected], build or augment application leveraging AI/ML to support their business objective. AI brings in improvement the efficiency and reduction in errors over time for a business process. We are looking for data scientist, you have strong expertise in developing ML models for customer specific business scenarios.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Guide customers and drive discussions with them to build AI/ML scenario and finalise expected business outcomes.
• Support our cloud customer base to improve their business process using AI/ML.
• Work in rapid prototype and agile development environment
• Develop and put the ML models in production to serve multiple enterprise customers
• Contribute to end-to-end AI/ML project, not restrictive to only algorithms.
• Contribute to building models and algorithms.
• Implement machine learning based intelligent software within a given software architecture in accordance with the SAP process and maintenance strategy.
• Work closely with other data scientist and teams to enable transformation journey with customer.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• 8-10 years of experience
• Willingness to interact with customers and passionate to solve their issues
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python is must)
• Proficiency in ML technologies/libraries like scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow etc.
• Very strong practical hand-on NLP technology usage knowhow (apply in business context)
• Strong data exploration, cleansing, transformation, feature engineering skills
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Strong focus on delivering business values to customers
• Familiarity with code management tools like Git, GitHub etc.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud native technologies (e.g. Docker, K8S etc.)
• Communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately with customers in various situations 
• Ability to bring forth new ideas and drive them to execution.
• Knowledge to ML ops is a plus
• Knowledge in SAP technologies is a plus (SAP BTP, SAP HANA)

EDUCATION

B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science or Master’s in data Analytics/Data Science
