What you'll do:
Our customers’ success and the rapid growth of Enterprise Cloud Services is strongly relying on successful IT Service Provider engagements. The team of experts in Supplier Governance is responsible for defining these engagements end-to-end, from contracting, risk and compliance management to supplier value improvement. You will work with renowned global IT Service Providers to develop their engagements and jointly build the most competitive Managed Cloud service for SAP S/4 Hana in the industry. Your responsibility spans:

• Implementing and advancing managed services contracts in collaboration with our internal stakeholders
• Driving effective vendor governance up to the C-level
• Realizing superior value-for-money from the supplier engagements 
• Providing full transparency on performance vis-à-vis SLAs and peer group
• Strategic recommendations to our leadership on vendor portfolio development 
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our Supplier Governance function.
• The outcome of your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, cloud revenue growth and profitability of a large and still rapidly growing Cloud LoB.

What you bring:
To succeed in this role you will bring

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management and contract negotiation in the IT industry
• Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with vendors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A high interest to acquire and deepen knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services
• Ability to work independently ad as part of a team and across organizations
