Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales target with new and current customers.
- Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve annual sales targets.
- Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating Samphire Products.
- Always Representing Samphire in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate and timely data daily in HubSpot CRM system.
- Track and update leads and opportunities in HubSpot CRM system.
- Staying current on all Samphire products and industry trends.
- Gaining competitive knowledge and understanding how to best position Samphire Products.
- Achieving a minimum performance of 100% of quota by the end of the first year of work by developing and executing an annual plan including sales targets, target customers, activity metrics, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
