Position: Insurance Customer Service Rep

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Billing Inquiries
• Mortgage company changes & updates
• Send documents to clients
• Take & Run payments for clients for their insurance policies
• Book of business audits (Cancellations notices, updating insurance companies with documents etc)
• Reinstating policies for clients (if applicable)
