Job Description : -
· We are looking for a dynamic, intellectual, professional to head the Department of Admissions. He/ She should be a go-getter and a leader, responsible to build the market for SS Swami International School across Aurangabad andshould be able to handle a team of 4-5 members.
· Define clear goals and targets for Admissions in alignment with the Institution's Vision and Mission and carve an effective plan to penetrate the market and bring results.
· Plan and execute conversions starting from lead generation to application to final enrolment of the students.
· Achieve departmental targets effectively both in terms of numbers and quality of student intake.
· Liaison with support departments for the designing of marketing and promotions campaigns to ensure right positioning, awareness and visibility among students and parents community.
· Prepare efficient and elaborate campaign plans with deliverables for entire admissions team.
· Conceptualization of segment-specific campaigns to generate and materialize the enquiries.
· Relationship-building, liaison and networking with the student alumni, referral network, and other related partners.
· Enable the admissions team to understand newer programs, segments, and markets. Continual training of the team comprising of both marketing team and counselors.
· Motivate and review admissions team members’ performance periodically in line with the set departmental goals & targets.
· Liaison with the other departments and strive to work as one unit towards goal achievement.
· Establish Admissions Processes and SOPs and ensuring proper documentations to meet regulatory requirements and setting up of archiving mechanisms.
· Any other responsibilities given by the Management from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
· Graduation with at least 3-5 years experience in the relevant domain.
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency mandatory).
· Effective listening and persuasive skills.
· Prior experience of handling sales team is required.
· Approachable and vibrant personality.
· Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
· Passion to perform and deliver results.
· Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required. Comfortable working on an ERP.
